Hayley - I'm so glad that you took this time to see another wonderful part of Europe. I can't wait to see all of your photos, and hear more of your adventures. Sorry you couldn't find the "Cheesemongger Shoppe"....

I went to Edinburgh on a solo trip just a month ago (first time) and loved that city. I met with a couple of fellow travel bloggers who showed me the hip bars of the city.
